On Thursday 17 September 2026, Stëmm vun der Strooss, a Luxembourg-based non-profit organisation which supports people experiencing homelessness and vulnerable members of society, announced that employees of Bank Julius Baer Europe SA in Luxembourg recently raised nearly €4,000 for Stëmm vun der Strooss.

According to the non-profit organisation, the funds were raised during a solidarity flea market, held on Tuesday 15 September 2026. Bank employees donated personal items for sale, raising a total of €3,941. The funds were officially handed over to Stëmm vun der Strooss, represented by its director Alexandra Oxacelay.

The organisation noted that this was not the first time Bank Julius Baer had provided financial support. In 2020, Stëmm vun der Strooss received a “historical donation” of 50,000 Swiss francs (approximately €53,000) from the bank, followed by a further €3,000 in 2023.

Commenting on the latest donation, Alexandra Oxacelay said: "It is a beautiful birthday present that will allow us to finance part of the IT programme we are currently installing within the Schweessdreps and Caddy workshops."
