On Friday 29 May 2026, the Luxembourg Olympic and Sporting Committee (COSL) announced the composition of its elite and promotion winter squads for the 2026/27 season, following a decision by its Board of Directors.
The elite squad consists of three athletes, including two with Olympic Qualification Projects (OQP): Matthieu Osch (alpine skiing) and Gwyneth Ten Raa (alpine skiing), both competing in slalom and giant slalom. Cyclo-cross rider Marie Schreiber also retained her place in the elite squad.
According to COSL, Matthieu Osch and Gwyneth Ten Raa are among the athletes pursuing OQP.
COSL also noted that Jeff Bauer (skeleton) and Peter Murphy (short track) are no longer part of the elite squad following their retirement from competitive sport.
The promotion squad consists of four athletes: Joachim Keghian (slalom, giant slalom), Joyce Ten Raa (slalom, giant slalom), Nikolaj Lindfors (downhill, Super-G) and cyclo-cross rider Lennox Papi, who has been newly admitted at P1 level.
